Holdings
We do not publish a list of individual holdings. In broad terms, the portfolio is made up of three kinds of assets.
Commercial holdings
Income-producing commercial and mixed-use property in Oregon and Washington, held for long-term ownership and steady occupancy rather than resale.
Residential holdings
Residential rental property in the Portland metro area and the broader Pacific Northwest, managed to a standard we would be comfortable living in ourselves.
Business holdings
Ownership interests in established, privately held businesses in the region. Each operates under its own name and management, with Likoa providing capital and governance.
